2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. When the site is accessed, STRATO, acting as a processor, processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system) in server log files in order to ensure the delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure operation).
A data processing agreement is in place with STRATO. Processing takes place on servers in Germany.
3. Server Log Files
The data recorded in the server log files is used exclusively for the technical operation and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources, nor is it analysed for marketing purposes. The data is deleted after a short period, unless it is required to investigate security incidents.
4. Enquiry Form and Contact
If you use the enquiry form or contact us by email, the information you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, your concern and the type of enquiry) is processed solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Transmission and processing take place by email; the email mailbox (hallo@taebetty.com) is operated by Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract). The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply. No automated spam-protection service (such as reCAPTCHA) is used.
5. Fonts
This website uses exclusively locally (self-)hosted fonts. The fonts are delivered directly from our own server; there is no connection to third-party servers (in particular not to Google Fonts), and no personal data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not set any tracking, marketing or analytics cookies. Only the notice regarding technically necessary cookies stores your confirmation technically in your browser's local storage, so that the notice does not appear again. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. No analysis of user behaviour takes place.
7. Social Media Link (Instagram)
This website includes a link to Tae Betty's Instagram profile. This is solely a simple link, not an embedded Instagram element. Merely visiting our site therefore does not transfer any data to Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Only when you actively click the link and switch to Instagram do Instagram's privacy terms apply: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.
8. Your Rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the data protection authority of your federal state or the authority responsible for our registered office.
